My approach to personal training is to always acknowledge that the process is ongoing and the journey is difficult -- and that's the beauty of it. I'm here to celebrate every win with my clients while also acknowledging that some days are tougher than others and require a workout lying down on the floor.

I currently offer two training options:

  1. Weekly personal training:
    You decide the length & number of sessions per week; I provide the motivation, form cues, & bad jokes.

  2. Written program:
    I’ll write a plan for you to do solo, & we’ll do a check-in session once a month.
